The U.S. Patent and Trademark office has notified Doughmakers, LLC, makers of DOUGHMAKERSâ Gourmet Bakeware, that its application for a utility patent on its textured baking surface has been approved.

The award of a utility patent is significant because this type of patent covers the performance benefits of the textured surface.  DOUGHMAKERSâ Gourmet Bakeware is becoming an established trademark, as is the Original Pebble Patternä surface, both of which are used by the company as brand names for its bakeware with the unique textured baking surface.
